STEVE HILL

Steve was born into the entertainment business initially as a musician until he found his calling behind the scenes, Steve has toured and worked at the most senior levels of live music and entertainment production, with major artists including Ed Sheeran, U2, BBC, Bon Jovi, Oasis, Coldplay and Take That.

Passionate pastimes include his love of motorbike racing both as a rider and supporter of the sport. Steve also continues to produce albums and gig with his band Redline.

MICHAEL GEORGE

Michael has an extensive background in Broadcast content creation, having worked with some of the biggest artists in the world, Stevie Wonder, Justin Timberlake and the Foo Fighters to name a few. Not only has he worked extensively in Live music he has also worked with some of the biggest brands and international dignitaries including the NBA and Prime Minister Narendra Modi of India. Michael loves to push the boundaries and deliver exciting and cutting edge content.

When he isn’t making awesome content, he can be found thinking he is still 21 and running round a rugby pitch.

JO DAVIES

Jo has worked as a Senior Client Account Director and Project Manager in the commercial worlds of Media, Sponsorship & Events for over 20 years, and now heads the Bang On Brand studio team here at EMO.

Jo’s our people person – she will get exactly where you are coming from – and where you want to be. Developing innovative and creative brand solutions to successfully deliver even the most challenging of client design briefs. Key Clients have included: Global Radio Group, University of Wolverhampton, Twentieth Century Fox, Youth Sports Trust and West Midlands Police. Jo loves sunshine and Vino Tinto – preferably together!

ROBERT WOODFORD

Robert has worked within the creative industries for over 20 years. With a career spanning through Photography, Interior Design, Carpentry, Construction and Interior Fit out projects. Robert has a broad depth of knowledge through invaluable hands on experience working on many prestigious projects.

Key Clients have included;

Virgin Radio, Sky, Sky Sports, Princes Trust, National Geographic, Royal Horticultural Society and Scottish Hydro.

Robert is our very own action man with a passion for downhill mountain biking & ice climbing!

LES GREEN

Les has over 25 years experience working in senior customer management roles within such prestigious brands as Porsche and BMW.

Working within the luxury car sector market Les has developed a complete understanding of what the highest levels of customer service and care look like. Les has experienced and helped deliver prestigious motor manufacturer vehicle launches around the world and knows exactly what it takes to deliver a spectacular show or event from the viewpoint of the client and/or brand.

Not surprisingly, anything with an engine is Les’s passion. Motorbikes are his first love – both on and off road, but performance cars and all forms of motor sport are a very close second.

Having had the opportunity to drive some of the worlds best cars on some of the worlds greatest roads and motor racing circuits Les challenges Steve as EMO’s No.1 petrol head!
